This week’s pick was a close call between Dr. Kucho’s new release ‘Sahara Ghost’ and the new Andy Callister production ‘N.O.W.’, but we have a clear winner!
Dutch dj Andy Callister (Rotterdam) is playing the scene for over fifteen years. In his early years he actually produced hardcore music alongside dj Paul Elstak, later he followed the footsteps of legendary speedgarage producers like Joost van Bellen and dj Johnson and finally he found his calling: Latin House- and Afrobeats.
Last year he released a mix cd together with Carlos Silva called ‘Viva La Revolucion!’.
Right now his latest release is set to appear on the Slized imprint from the Dutch ‘Digidance’ label. He comfortably used a sample of Heavy D. and The Boyz hitsingle ‘Now That We’ve Found Love’.
